I spent part of the day running around, making a few last minute preparations for Olivia’s birthday (tomorrow) and her birthday party on Saturday.

At one point, I had to stop by the Belconnen Markets to pick up a few things for Olivia’s cake.  As I was leaving, a lady reversed into our car (I had already reversed out from my park and was preparing to go forward).  Luckily, neither of the girls were with me as she did quite a bit of damage to the rear passenger side of the car (Sarah’s side).  I was a little shaken by the accident but was also annoyed by the inconvenience of having to file a police report and the prospect of being without the car for a couple of weeks while it’s being repaired.
